• Cancellations before August 1 receive a refund, less a $100 fee. 
• No refunds are available after August 1, but substitutions are allowed.
• Dress for the conference is business casual.
• Pre-Registration is not required, but if you wait, we see you in Arizona, the fee increases!
• If you appear in our room block but aren’t registered to attend our conference, you will be removed from the block and lose any negotiated savings on the room rate.
